RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is looking for a Technical Support Specialist with a strong background in education, finance, or supply chain management.
Summary:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving a variety of issues across an enterprise level organization. You will track the status of product orders, support supply chain and product movement, handle work orders and maintenance management processes, assist with general ledger entries, and ensure accurate financial reporting, providing technical support and guiding them through the process of fixing their issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Educational Background: Strong background in education, finance, or supply chain management
* Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using ServiceNow ticketing system is a strong plus
* Ticket Management: Ability to handle 15-30 calls/tickets per day, with potential for increased volume
* Remote Work Experience: Proven track record of working remotely
* Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis
* Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with accounts payable, procurement, warehouse management, and general ledger processes
* Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to educate and guide users
* Adaptability: Drive and disposition to handle diverse and complex issues
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
