Key Requirement :-
GIS: Define mapping filters, location data logic, and user scenarios for "Find a School" functionality.
Website (CMS/UI): Drive requirements for CMS platforms (Sitefinity), accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.2 AA), multilingual and responsive design needs.
Data: Define data structures, reporting needs, and Power BI dashboards for Data Mart and school-level performance reporting, Data mart, Pipelines
Lead business analysis efforts across GIS, Website Modernization, and Data Mart initiatives.
Liaise with DOE stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user journey mapping.
Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and process flows.
Coordinate with developers, testers, and solution architects to translate business needs into system functionalities.
