The candidate should probably have consulting experience, ideally with one of the Big Four consulting firms.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Analyst to join our team and drive impactful business transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in management consulting, digital transformation, and operational strategy. The Business Analyst will work cross-functionally to design and implement business models, optimize digital infrastructure, and support agile product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into actionable strategies and roadmaps.
- Lead process design and change management initiatives to support digital transformation and cloud migration efforts.
- Analyze and document business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions.
- Support agile product operating models by facilitating workshops, coaching teams, and aligning delivery with strategic goals.
- Conduct market research, stakeholder interviews, and performance evaluations to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and progress to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, or strategic transformation roles.
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation, cloud strategy, and agile delivery initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with change management, process improvement, and organizational design.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software; familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
- Master s degree in Health Services Research, Business, or a related field preferred.

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments.
- Passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Multilingual capabilities (e.g., German) and cross-cultural experience are a plus.
