About the Role


We are actively recruiting for a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect for our Fortune 500 client to lead the strategic design, architecture, and evolution of our enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform. This is a senior-level role within a Fortune 500-level environment, responsible for defining scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSM, and beyond.


You will serve as a visionary and hands-on leader, aligning the ServiceNow roadmap with business priorities and enterprise architecture standards. Your impact will shape how we deliver automated, resilient, and user-friendly digital workflows at scale.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead platform architecture across multiple ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and custom applications.




  • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for ServiceNow aligned with enterprise goals and industry best practices.




  • Drive end-to-end solution design, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance across the platform.




  • Serve as the technical authority and trusted advisor to business and technology leaders on all things ServiceNow.




  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Security to deliver robust solutions.




  • Oversee governance, development standards, and best practices across internal and external ServiceNow teams.




  • Evaluate and recommend new features, upgrades, integrations, and emerging technologies within the ServiceNow ecosystem.




  • Support enterprise CMDB and service mapping strategy for accurate and dynamic configuration data.





Qualifications




  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 6+ years in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.




  • Strong expertise across ServiceNow core modules: ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping), ITAM, CMDB, and CSM.




  • Proven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations or transformations in enterprise environments.




  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and ITIL/ITSM frameworks.




  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (CIS-ITSM, CAD, CTA, or CMA) strongly preferred.




  • Familiarity with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and external data sources.




  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at both executive and technical levels.
