Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design comprehensive manual test cases and test procedures
- Execute test plans for both new applications and existing systems
- Perform a range of test types including functional, regression, UI, volume, and integration testing
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to ensure accurate and complete test coverage
- Log defects clearly and track them through resolution
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Support release cycles and provide QA sign-off for production deployments
- Optionally assist with the maintenance and review of automated scripts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 7 years of experience in software QA, with a strong focus on manual testing of web-based applications
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing test cases and test plans
- Hands-on experience with:
- Azure DevOps / TFS for test and defect tracking
- Postman for API validation
- SQL or PL/SQL for backend validation and data integrity checks
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum processes and software development lifecycles
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Exposure to test automation tools such as Selenium with C# is a plus, but not required
