We are looking for a HCM Training Specialist for our client in Atlanta, GA
Job Title: HCM Training Specialist
Job Location: Atlanta, GA Job Type: Contract Job Description:
Requirement/Must Have:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3 years of job-related experience in human resources.
  • 1 year of experience in an intermediate-level human resources role or equivalent.
  • Experience delivering training using multiple delivery methods.
Experience:
  • Experience providing instructor-led training both virtually and in person.
  • Experience supporting talent acquisition and performance management programs.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using HR systems or similar enterprise applications.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training and instructional content related to human resources systems.
  • Provide training and resources to recruiters on best practices for hiring, interviewing, and talent pool optimization.
  • Research training best practices to support continuous program improvement.
  • Analyze HR-related data and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Maintain and update training materials, exercises, handouts, and assessments.
  • Incorporate changes based on policy updates, system enhancements, and participant feedback.
  • Conduct instructor-led training sessions using virtual and in-person formats.
  • Utilize training environments and tools to guide learner activities.
  • Support learning management system administration, including enrollments and course maintenance.
  • Respond to requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Should Have:
  • Experience supporting large-scale or statewide training initiatives.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting for training programs.
  • Experience working in a hybrid or distributed work environment.

  • Organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
