Salesforce Tester With QA

Columbus, Ohio

Hybrid

Job Description:

  • Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications (Service Cloud, Health Cloud, etc.)

  • Analyze business requirements and develop effective test plans, test cases, and test scripts

  • Validate data integrations between Salesforce and external healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, claims, etc.)

  • Conduct functional, regression, and UAT testing

  • Log, track, and report defects using tools like JIRA

  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations in testing processes

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 5 years on QA platform

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud or healthcare workflows is a plus

  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail)

  • Familiarity with APEX, SOQL, and Lightning components testing

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies

  • Good communication and documentation skills
