Job Title:- Sr. Technical Business Analyst
Location:- Ney York City, NY (4 days OnSite, 1 day remote)

Job Description:-
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering:
- Collaborate with product teams to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand the needs of marketing and distribution teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology solutions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing and distribution strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between the technology team and product teams in marketing and distribution.
- Facilitate regular meetings to update stakeholders on project status, issues, and changes.
- Ensure that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the marketing and distribution teams.
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure the success of process changes.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support and guidance to marketing and distribution teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to technology solutions.
- Assist in the training of end-users on new systems and tools.
- Project Management:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services or asset management industry.
- Experience working with marketing and distribution teams is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, JIRA).
- Familiarity with Data Warehousing and Master Data Management.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing, and distribution tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Seismic, Cvent, On24, Google Analytics)
- Understanding of technology solutions and their application in marketing and distribution.
