Job Details
Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX, Lightning Web Components, and custom APIs.
- Build and optimize custom Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to drive operational insight and decision-making.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation based on evolving business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce and CRM-related issues with speed and precision.
- Develop and manage integrations with external EHR/EMR systems to streamline patient scheduling workflows.
- Implement and support AI-powered tools and automations within Salesforce to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with operations, scheduling, and executive teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across Salesforce and integration layers.
- Stay current with Salesforce best practices, platform enhancements, and emerging CRM technologies.
- Deliver high-output work under tight deadlines in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Provide technical support, documentation, and training to internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required with strong experience).
- 3 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise in APEX, LWC, and Salesforce Reporting/Analytics.
- Proven experience developing custom reports and tools that drive operational improvements.
- Strong programming background (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Experience with healthcare systems, EHR/EMR integrations, and patient scheduling platforms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and API integration.
- Experience with AI implementation in Salesforce (a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and system analysis skills.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities at once.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Must be able to work on-site part-time for effective collaboration.
