RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking an Assembly Engineer responsible for receiving equipment sent by manufacturers and the preparation for dispatch to customers according to sales orders. Additionally, the Support Specialist is responsible for managing the stock of parts (both for equipment assembly and for warranty spare parts).

Responsibilities:
* Receipt Notice of Sales Order (SO), inventory or WO
* Acceptance of the SO case and start of the Assembly process
* Validation with the commercial team about the priority of the Assembly queue
* Analyze stock or request supply purchases from Sales Operations
* Assembly of equipment: firmware update, documentation of components/serials, preparation for shipping, pre-provisioning based on the SE recipe.
* Selection of complementary accessories for sales orders (Twinax, transceivers, etc.)
* Preparation of Connectivity Kits for Named Accounts (LLA)
* Editing of Work Orders in the Manufacturing module
* Execution of "Assembly Build" with serial numbers (SN)
* Delivery to Warehouse for dispatch
* Receipt of goods and supplies Netsuite
* Documentation of provisioning processes for products
* Stock Management of supplies and performing inventory
* Support for preparation of spare parts and logistics
* Management of vendor RMA'S for DOA parts
* On-site support racking & stacking of appliances, soft or hard configuration , part replacement or addition at the local level (Miami-Dade), national level (Within the USA), or continental level (LATAM)
* Support in incident management requiring on-site assistance outside of office hours at Equinix MI1
* Conduct compatibility test of supplies in Intel/SM equipment (memories disks, etc.)
* Testing in conjunction with Technical Support team for support cases
* Take training courses on various IT technologies related to the role
* Pass certification exams for the completed courses

REQUIREMENTS:
* Recent graduate of technical courses (technical degree) in Systems, Computer Science, Networks, or Telecommunications
* 3 to 5 years of IT experience (support, implementation, consulting or similar)
* Must be based in Miami - Fort Lauderdale area; No relocation assistance for this position
* Must be Bilingual (English - Spanish)
* Must be able to travel at least 25% of the time
* Knowledge of hardware, datacenter, ERP systems and basic notion of networking
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English/Spanish
* Ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization
* Excellent coordination and organizational skills
* This is a full-time position; Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
