Title: Technical Project Manager with CPQ Experience
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid)
Type: Contract
Job Description:
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, etc.).
  • Experience with CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or similar).
  • Familiarity with systems integration, data mapping, and API usage.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar).
  • ITIL certification or understanding of IT service management best practices.
  • Previous experience in enterprise software environments or SaaS platforms.
