RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client in Bellevue, WA that is seeking a Senior Claims Risk Manager who will own the WW execution for growth of the company. This role requires comfort in ambiguous situations and maintaining a high bar in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Strong business judgment, ability to influence cross-functional and remotely located teams, a customer-centric and creative mindset and strong analytical skills are also essential.
Responsibilities:
* The Senior Claims Risk Manager will manage the program charter by driving strategic initiatives for growth and quality improvement
* Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across Shipping Commercial/Product/Tech/Operations teams and internal partner teams
* Dive deep into claims data to analyze trends, identify patterns and areas for improvement
* Lead/support development of product and operational requirements in close collaboration with product, engineering, and operations teams
* The Senior Claims Risk Manager will lead and/or support in key leadership update documents such as MBR/QBR, WW VP goals review
* Deliver clear and concise updates on status of the program with detailed commentary on key challenges, risks and mitigations implemented
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; Master's degree or equivalent is preferred
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred
* 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
* Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles/Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
* Proven experience in strategy, large-scale execution, entrepreneurial innovation, working cross functionally with operations and engineering teams, and people leadership in a matrix environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
