Job Description:
Facilitate ART Events: Organize and lead ART ceremonies including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
Coordinate Releases: Manage and coordinate the release schedule, ensuring timely delivery of features and solutions.
Risk Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies across teams within the ART.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the ART, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and progress.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on ART performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Support Agile Practices: Promote and support Agile practices and principles, coaching teams and individuals as needed.
Resource Management: Ensure that teams have the necessary resources and support to achieve their objectives.
Collaborative: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
