Requested Qualifications:
- 84 months of experience supporting large-scale information technology systems or applications
- 84 months of experience analyzing large-scale business processes and creating and reviewing test plans
- 84 months of experience researching, documenting, communicating, and validating requirements throughout the system, process, or product development lifecycle
- 84 months of experience preparing written communications for business owners, IT program team members, and management
- 84 months of experience working with Health Insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or Medicaid, including eligibility and enrollment systems
- 84 months of experience researching, reviewing, and evaluating technical specifications for compliance with business objectives and requirements
- Bachelor's degree
