We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Nanostax LLC, a leading IT consulting company. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, cultivating relationships with existing clients, and promoting our range of IT consulting services and solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

2. **Client Engagement**: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts. Understand client needs, pain points, and business challenges, and articulate how our IT consulting services can address their requirements and add value to their organization.

3. **Solution Selling**: Position and promote our comprehensive suite of IT consulting services, including but not limited to IT strategy consulting, digital transformation, cloud migration, cybersecurity, software development, and project management. Tailor solutions to meet client-specific needs and objectives.

4. **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and sales collateral that effectively communicate the value proposition, benefits, and ROI of our services. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop customized solutions and pricing models.

5. **Sales Cycle Management**: Lead the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions. Manage post-sales relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.

6. **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the IT consulting space. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and potential areas for business expansion.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT consulting or technology services industry.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of IT solutions and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with a drive for results and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
