The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation, optimizing business processes, and ensuring alignment with client objectives to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic deployment of Epicor Kinetic solutions across client businesses, ensuring alignment with their operational goals and best practices.
- Analyze and re-engineer business processes within CRM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management sectors to boost efficiency and performance.
- Manage comprehensive project activities, including setting timelines, assigning tasks, and overseeing deliverables to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with the services provided.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and team members, fostering a culture of trust, cooperation, and excellence within the team.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior consultants and team members, enhancing their skills in ERP implementation and operations management.
- Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects within the organization and for clients, promoting innovative solutions to meet operational challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading ERP implementation projects, specifically with Epicor Kinetic solutions.
- Strong background in analyzing and re-engineering business processes, particularly within CRM, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of managing complex projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional interpersonal and client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster a culture of cooperation and performance excellence.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members, with a focus on continuous professional development.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in business operations and client service delivery.
