Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kinetic Operations Lead Consultant to guide the deployment of Epicor Kinetic solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation, optimizing business processes, and ensuring alignment with client objectives to enhance operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in managing project activities to completion, on time and within budget. The position is remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience in work location.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic deployment of Epicor Kinetic solutions across client businesses, ensuring alignment with their operational goals and best practices.
  • Analyze and re-engineer business processes within CRM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management sectors to boost efficiency and performance.
  • Manage comprehensive project activities, including setting timelines, assigning tasks, and overseeing deliverables to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with the services provided.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and team members, fostering a culture of trust, cooperation, and excellence within the team.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior consultants and team members, enhancing their skills in ERP implementation and operations management.
  • Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects within the organization and for clients, promoting innovative solutions to meet operational challenges.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading ERP implementation projects, specifically with Epicor Kinetic solutions.
  • Strong background in analyzing and re-engineering business processes, particularly within CRM, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of managing complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster a culture of cooperation and performance excellence.
  • Experience in training and mentoring team members, with a focus on continuous professional development.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in business operations and client service delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to devise and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a self-directed manner.

Pay Range: $70.00 - $75.00 Hourly

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
