We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable PC Support Technician to provide desktop support and assist with IT warehouse and deployment operations. This role involves managing hardware inventory, fulfilling equipment requests, and supporting end-user technology needs across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for IT warehouse operations, including hardware deployment and inventory management.
- Fulfill hardware requests, check in inventory, and ship IT equipment based on ServiceNow ticket submissions.
- Update SAP records for received and deployed IT hardware.
- Manage equipment recovery processes, including:
- Picking up computers, mobile devices, and peripherals from onsite locations.
- Coordinating with managers of offboarded employees to retrieve equipment.
- Sending return boxes and FedEx labels to remote users.
- Processing returned equipment in accordance with data retention policies.
- Assist with peripheral deployments, including monitor setups and other desktop accessories.
- Perform computer imaging and basic configuration tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely resolution of assigned ServiceNow tickets.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or stockroom operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop or technical support.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Familiarity with incident management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, ITSM).
- Experience with SAP for inventory tracking and updates.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical credential.
