AI/LLM Analyst

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in tech-focused or software-driven environments.
• Proficiency in AI/LLM concepts and writing structured pseudo-code for prompt engineering.
• Experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and data extraction pipelines.
• Experience in working with logistics, freight, or high-volume invoice data sets.
• Experience in Agile methodologies with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with operational logic definition and prompt management frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Define structured pseudo-code prompts to instruct AI models in extracting specific data fields.
• Refine data transformation rules and prompt flows for LLM-based document parsing systems.
• Collaborate with teams to iterate on OCR extraction logic across varied invoice formats.
• Analyze and interpret lengthy freight invoices to identify consistent data patterns.
• Translate business requirements into technical inputs consumable by LLM pipelines.
• Document detailed functional requirements and maintain Agile storyboards.
• Assist in designing operational rules for AI-driven data processing pipelines.
