Program Manager Sr (Digital Product Manager)
Location: DC/MD/VA only. Primarily remote, 2 meetings per month in Reston VA. Must be drivable distance
Contract Length: T2P -12+ months
Transition to perm: No
Must haves:
Safe certification is required. Any sort of Product MGT certification would be a big plus.
Dedicated Digital Product MGT background. Min 5 years. Full understanding of Digital Product MGT lifecycle. Must be the roadmap/visionary level (not looking for a Product Owner for requirement gathering/BA type of work. We are looking for a step above that)
Basic Exposure to one or all to get the start: AWS, AI, ML
Coming from a LARGE organization
Outstanding communication skills / Confident demeanor
Software Stack: ServiceNow, Jira, entire MS Office Suite
Aha.IO - Road Mapping tool = Big Plus
Experience moving an enterprise from a PROJECT to PRODUCT mindset/thinking would be a big plus

Location: Primarily remote, but must be able to come to Reston 1x per month. Preference is DMV area, surrounding states A/OKAY. Must be driving distance. Only East Coast/EST time zone.
Enterprise Product MGT Team, it's a Program Manager, but moving from Project to Product focused organization. Seeking a focused Product Manager
Must have Digital Product MGT background, owned Product MGT lifecycle. Minimum of 5 years Digital Product focused.
Not seeking a Business Analyst or SLASH (/) type of titles. Must be a focused Product Manager. Not looking for Product Owner (writing requirements). Looking for road mapping, visionary type of background, not in the weeds.

Prefers some exposure to AWS, AI, ML b/c a lot of upcoming projects will be focused around AI/ML = this will separate candidates from each other.
Healthcare background: Not required
Tech Stack: Jira, MS Stack of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), road mapping tool is Aha.IO (big plus if they have this), SharePoint
Digital Product details/projects: Enterprise Product MGT team is a bit different from standard PM teams in the organization. They have two different types of initiatives: 1 is standard PM role where every week s/he would involved them getting teams aligned with product teams to ensure successful delivery, PI Planning process, future visionary type of work/thinking through product strategy meetings, working on roadmaps, KPIs, and second (2) part would be transformation effort (moving from project thinking to product thinking mindset enterprise wide). Any of this sort of transformations would be very helpful to the second part of this role.
Products are primarily enrollment, claims products. Some customer facing products, and underline reporting.
