Job Details
Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven success leading digital transformation or procurement modernization initiatives.
- Experience managing global supplier networks and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver both cost savings and strategic value (innovation, resilience, sustainability).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in contract negotiation, process optimization, and supplier relationship management.
- High proficiency with e-procurement platforms, ERP systems, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Understanding of ESG principles and sustainable procurement practices.
- Change leadership ability to lead transformation in complex organizations.
