Quick Stats

Rate: $/hr on W2 (No benefits)

Location: On-site (Washington, DC – 1709 New York Ave)

Duration: 1+ Year (Likely extension through 2026+)

Key Technical Requirements

Jira Administration: 3+ years managing Jira SaaS or Self-hosted. Expert in custom workflows, automation rules, security schemes, and license optimization.

Enterprise Integration: Proven experience linking Jira with GitLab (CI/CD) and ServiceNow (ITSM) using REST APIs, Webhooks, and Okta.

Scripting: Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript for automation and middleware.

Migration Experience: Specific experience moving teams from Azure DevOps Boards and GitLab to Jira.

Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe to configure metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time).

 

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP-120 or ACP-620).

Compliance: Knowledge of FedRAMP, FISMA, or SOX (Federal experience highly preferred).

Ecosystem: Experience with Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Marketplace apps.
