Job Details

Requirements:
  • 2 or more years of experience with IT end-user support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10, 11, and Office Suite.
  • Experience with printer support (local and network).
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and PC imaging/building.
  • Experience with ITSM ticketing systems and help desk operations.
  • Experience with asset management and information security compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT end-user support for Windows systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to local and network printers.
  • Perform PC imaging and building for new and replacement systems.
  • Log, track, and document support work using a ticketing system.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware and service issues.
  • Conduct information security audit research and support compliance activities.
  • Manage asset inventory, tracking, and lifecycle documentation.
