Job Description:

Common Expectations for All Roles:

• The ability to communicate successfully verbally and in writing with customers, end users and team members.
• 10 years of professional SAP consulting experience.
• SAP implementation project experience and well aware of SLDC.
• Excellent communication skill and ability to manage expectations, project scope and assess client needs to suggest best possible solutions.
• Ability to create, manage, communicate and meet project timelines and goals.
• Experience of working in Onsite Offshore model.
• SAP certification Preferred.
• Basic ABAP debugging for all functional roles Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP SD systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP SD Variant Configuration and COPA integration.
• Ensure SAP SD systems align with business goals and support operational efficiency.
• Conduct system assessments to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP SD functionalities.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Partner with IT teams to implement system changes and updates.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback.
• Evaluate new SAP SD features for potential business application.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and SAP best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SD with other business applications.
• Develop strategies for data management and reporting within SAP SD.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in SAP SD Variant Configuration and COPA integration.
• Strong analytical skills for business process optimization.

• Proficient in troubleshooting SAP SD system issues.
• Familiarity with industry standards and SAP best practices.
• Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional integration projects.
