Primary Skills 1 Required :Expert Level - Subject matter expert or Thought leader with in-depth knowledge. Can lead, guide and coach others in Spotfire/IronPython
Primary Skill 2 Required :Expert Level - Subject matter expert or Thought leader with in-depth knowledge. Can lead, guide and coach others in SQL
Secondary Skill 1 Required : Expert Level - Subject matter expert or Thought leader with in-depth knowledge. Can lead, guide and coach others in PowerBI/Tableau
Secondary Skill 2 Required : Expert Level - Subject matter expert or Thought leader with in-depth knowledge. Can lead, guide and coach others in AWS redshift
Tertiary Skill 1 Required : Experienced & Practioner with Basic knowledge with demonstrated hands-on experience. Requires no / minimal supervision in Devops CI/CD
Delivery Skills required are :
  • (1) Define the global BI/Analytics vision and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Architect scalable, cloud-native analytics platforms using Spotfire, Redshift, and complementary BI tools.
  • Drive enterprise-wide data governance, compliance, and best practices.
  • Act as the enterprise authority for Spotfire adoption and customization.
  • Guide creation of enterprise-grade, reusable Spotfire frameworks and accelerators using IronPython.
  • Enable automation, self-service, and advanced visual analytics at scale.
  • Oversee large-scale Redshift data warehouse architectures and ensure performance optimization.
  • Define data modeling standards, query optimization frameworks, and pipeline governance.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure scalable and reliable data availability.
  • Strategically guide Power BI/Tableau adoption alongside Spotfire for enterprise reporting.
  • Establish multi-platform governance, interoperability, and user adoption frameworks.
  • Promote advanced analytics and predictive modeling integration into BI platforms.
  • Drive DevOps-first culture in BI with automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Champion Analytics-as-Code principles to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
  • Define enterprise-wide release management, monitoring, and version control strategies.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to CXOs and senior business leaders.
  • Lead and mentor global BI/Analytics teams across multiple geographies.
  • Ensure delivery of high-impact, enterprise-grade BI programs on time and within budget.
