Job Details

Join our dynamic team as a SharePoint Lead and drive the transformation of our digital workspace. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge SharePoint solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop a modern SharePoint Online site tailored to departmental requirements.
  • Implement governance and compliance standards for effective content management and user access.
  • Provide hands-on training and onboarding for designated users in site usage and administration.
  • Migrate legacy content to the new environment, ensuring data integrity and seamless transition.
  • Replicate existing site components, including permission structures, web parts, and workflows.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in SharePoint Online site provisioning and customization.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, content types, and site templates.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving site performance and access issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective user training and documentation.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with migration tools like SharePoint Migration Tool or PowerShell scripts.
  • Familiarity with third-party solutions for SharePoint migration.
  • Ability to manage interdependencies across subsites and embedded resources.
