Responsibilities
- Design and develop a modern SharePoint Online site tailored to departmental requirements.
- Implement governance and compliance standards for effective content management and user access.
- Provide hands-on training and onboarding for designated users in site usage and administration.
- Migrate legacy content to the new environment, ensuring data integrity and seamless transition.
- Replicate existing site components, including permission structures, web parts, and workflows.
Skills
- Extensive experience in SharePoint Online site provisioning and customization.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, content types, and site templates.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving site performance and access issues.
- Excellent communication skills for effective user training and documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with migration tools like SharePoint Migration Tool or PowerShell scripts.
- Familiarity with third-party solutions for SharePoint migration.
- Ability to manage interdependencies across subsites and embedded resources.
