Job Details
RPA UiPath Business Analyst || Hybrid at Hartford, CT
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and analyze current processes and translate them into detailed requirements.
- Conduct process walkthroughs and document As-Is and To-Be processes
- Prepare detailed Process Design Documents (PDDs) and support the creation of Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
- Conduct review sessions with business stakeholders and get the feedback and incorporate the changes to PDD and seek signoff
- Collaborate with the RPA development team to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs
- Work with the development team to identify test data and submit test data requests
- Create features, user stories in and maintain JIRA boards to track the progress of each iteration
- Identify and enable the team to perform the necessary tasks throughout the automation lifecycle (Ex: application access, environment setup, etc)
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of RPA processes, solutions, and project progress throughout the project lifecycle (Ex: Project confluence pages)
- Support UAT by coordinating test scenarios, data, and business validation
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams throughout the automation lifecycle
- Assist in prioritizing automation backlog based on the business stakeholders feedback and drive the teams to deliver as per those priorities
- Provide functional training to Support and business stakeholders on RPA solutions
- Prepare for production deployments and provide support during production checkouts
- Work with support teams to get the project documentation reviewed and incorporate feedback received and seek signoff
- Ensure adherence to RPA governance, standards, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2-3 years in RPA projects using UiPath
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, lifecycle, and benefits
- Experience in creating PDDs, process maps (e.g., Visio)
- Experience in creating features, user stories, tasks in JIRA and maintaining JIRA boards
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Ability to analyze complex processes and break them down for automation feasibility
- Familiarity with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and UiPath tools such as Action Center, Document Understanding, etc, is a plus (no development expected)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) preferred
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt to client process and provide guidance to team
