Location: Columbia, South Carolina (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)
The SAP Programming Consultant will work closely with analysts, designers, and system owners to design, test, and maintain SAP software applications-primarily within the Human Capital Management (HCM) module. The role involves hands-on technical development, process improvement, documentation, and production support activities.
Key Responsibilities-
Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners to test and maintain SAP applications.

Provide SAP support: analysis, development, testing, tracking, and issue resolution.

Participate in team skill-building and quality improvement activities.

Document processes, system designs, and testing activities comprehensively.

Perform data updates using tools like LSMW and EPIUSE Data Sync Manager.

Support the functional team with technical design and direction.

Deliver efficient, error-free technical solutions with minimal supervision.

Work with HR cluster tables and develop enhancements for dynamic actions.

Resolve SAP support issues and maintain detailed support logs and technical documentation.

Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Design, develop, review, debug, and unit test SAP interface processes.

Code, test, and implement ABAP programs and modifications for SAP HCM modules.

Create and configure enterprise and personnel structures.

Liaise with functional and business teams to design robust and scalable solutions.

Maintain and enhance integrated and standardized SAP objects.

Perform data extraction and prepare relevant documentation.

Support project milestones and ensure timely deliverables and signoffs.

Assist in organizational plan and structure creation.

Work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines, both independently and collaboratively.

Demonstrate extensive experience with WRICEF elements for SAP ERP HCM.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 4 years of SAP HCM functional experience.

Working knowledge of SAP Portal and SuccessFactors.

Proficiency with mail services in SAP using standard API.

General understanding of accounting processes and enterprise-level ERP systems.

At least 1 year of SAP workflow experience.

Work Type: 100% Onsite (No remote option)

Residency Requirement: Must be a South Carolina resident (no relocation allowed).
