Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Engineer to join our growing team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), DevSecOps methodologies, and cloud infrastructure security. You will be responsible for designing and implementing secure cloud solutions, integrating security tools, and automating processes to enhance our cloud security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and integrate security solutions to protect multi-cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure).
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines ensuring secure and efficient delivery.
Establish and enhance security monitoring, automate vulnerability detection and remediation processes.
Perform regular security assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability scans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls across cloud environments.
Implement Landing Zones and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
Support secure containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes (GKE/EKS/AKS) and Helm charts.
Automate security and compliance tasks using Python or Go scripting.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Cloud Security and DevSecOps.
Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (preferred) or AWS/Azure.
Strong experience in Terraform, Landing Zones, and Cloud Governance Controls.
In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, GitOps (FluxCD/ArgoCD), and CI/CD tools.
Solid understanding of network security (Firewalls, Proxies, VPCs).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Cloud Security Certification (e.g., Google Cloud Platform Professional Cloud Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty, or Azure Security Engineer).
Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP standards.
Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
