Now Hiring: Physical Security Technology Engineer

Join our Physical Security Technology team supporting enterprise-scale access control, video surveillance, and security infrastructure across a highly regulated environment. You'll work with engineers and SMEs to ensure system health, develop enhancements, and support mission-critical applications that protect people and assets across the organization.

What You ll Do:

  • Monitor and maintain the health of physical security systems (access control, video, alarms).

  • Participate in agile sprints focused on upgrades and feature enhancements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, innovate, and support security apps.

  • Drive operational excellence across cloud and on-prem solutions.

What You Bring:

  • Experience with Windows Server 2019/2022 or Red Hat Linux 8/9.

  • Background in enterprise infrastructure and software lifecycle management.

  • Tools you know: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with AMAG Symmetry, Idemia MorphoWave, Verint, or similar platforms.

  • Strong understanding of APIs, SSO, and certificate management is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strategic thinker and strong communicator (written & verbal).

  • Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Team-first mindset with a passion for innovation.

Preferred Background:

  • Physical security technology experience.

  • Experience in highly regulated industries or prior military service.
