Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with deep experience in Source-to-Pay and Software Asset management technologies to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects involving platforms such as SAP Ariba, ServiceNow, Arkestro, Osapiens, and other enterprise procurement systems. This role requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution to drive success across sourcing, contract lifecycle management, supplier enablement, and procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program management for procurement technology initiatives, from business case through execution and post-go-live support.
- Define program roadmaps, success metrics, and delivery timelines aligned with procurement transformation goals.
- Own and drive execution of a portfolio of interrelated projects as part of broader procurement transformation programs, across platforms like Ariba, Osapiens, ServiceNow SAM, and Arkestro.
- Collaborate with IT architects and external vendors to design and implement integrations between procurement systems, ERP (S4HANA/D365), Software Asset Management, and identity platforms like Okta.
- Partner with Procurement, Legal, Cybersecurity, Finance, and Supplier Management teams to gather requirements and ensure business alignment.
- Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business processes into technical deliverables.
- Lead process mapping exercises to document AS-IS and define TO-BE states for sourcing, contract management, supplier onboarding, and approvals.
- Drive adoption of automation features and workflow improvements across platforms.
- Develop and manage test strategies (UAT, regression, performance) to ensure quality and compliance.
- Plan and execute go-live strategies, risk mitigation, and hyper care support post-deployment.
- Support audit requirements and change management procedures.
Mandatory Skills:
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical program or project management experience in procurement, supply chain, or finance technologies.
- Strongly preferred: Proven expertise delivering projects involving SAP Ariba, ServiceNow, Arkestro, ESG technology, or similar tools.
- Experience with SAP Ariba and Software Asset Management tools is strongly preferred; ServiceNow, Arkestro or Osapiens experience will be considered based on relevance.
- Strong experience with integration platforms, APIs, and enterprise architecture best practices.
- Familiarity with SSO, Okta, RBAC, and IT compliance frameworks is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification is a plus.
