Responsibilities:
The Network Engineering Analyst will be responsible for:
- Applying advanced network engineering principles to troubleshoot and optimize systems.
- Gathering technical and functional requirements from subject matter experts.
- Conducting thorough research, analysis, and documentation to support decision-making and problem resolution.
- Identifying opportunities for process efficiencies and integration automation.
- Collaborating across various levels of staff to complete assignments and projects.
- Providing comprehensive operational and technical support.
- Leading systems analysis, design, and architecture efforts.
- Developing and presenting innovative solutions for complex system challenges.

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of proven expertise in network engineering or related IT areas.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Effective organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn new skills and platforms with minimal supervision.
- Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Experience leading systems analysis, design, and architecture initiatives.
- Proficiency with relevant technical tools and platforms (e.g., Network, LAN, TCP/IP, Wireshark).
- Strong collaboration, presentation, and team-building skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a track record of delivering results.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Azure, Python, SolarWinds.
