Hybrid role: 3 days/week onsite(Seattle or San Francisco)

Job Description:
We're seeking a Sr. UX Designer to lead and shape the user experience for our B2B product offerings. You'll be part of a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and designers focused on delivering high-impact software solutions. This role offers the opportunity to drive end-to-end design-from early research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping-while influencing product direction and technical implementation.
You'll collaborate closely across disciplines, mentor other designers, and help elevate the overall design quality and strategy. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly affect customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead UX design efforts independently, balancing quality with technical and business constraints
  • Engage with partners and end users to understand their needs and design intuitive experiences for onboarding, education, troubleshooting, and product usage
  • Apply customer research, iterative design, prototyping, and usability testing to inform decisions
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system and documentation for shared patterns and components
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Marketing
  • Foster a culture of feedback and growth within the design team

Basic Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of professional design experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design work
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, or similar

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience designing complex workflows and SAAS applications
  • Skilled in gathering user feedback through research and usability studies
  • Familiarity with customer engagement and contact center use cases
  • Expertise in facilitating design sprints or workshops
  • 5+ years of experience designing for B2B solutions

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
