Job Summary for Machine Learning Engineer (Fremont, CA):
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for factory and warehouse operations.
- Transform ambiguous problem statements into robust end-to-end ML solutions.
- Utilize a range of ML techniques, including supervised learning and convolutional neural networks.
- Work extensively with Python and modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, Jax, or TensorFlow).
- Build and maintain data pipelines, from data collection to model monitoring and deployment.
- Integrate and analyze diverse datasets, including images, sensor data, voice, text, and tabular data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, process, controls, quality) to solve high-impact operational challenges.
- Evaluate and compare models using statistical techniques to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain alerting and monitoring systems for production ML models.
