Title : Project Manager - W2 only
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA /Rocky Hill CT (Onsite)

We are open for Visa Sponsorship.
- Overall 10 years of experience IT Industry experience .
- Minimum 5+ years working as Project Manger dealing with EDW applications .
- Must have hands on experience working with ADO (Azure DevOps) project.
- A proven track record of coaching and mentoring others is required, as well as a demonstrated ability to facilitate the removal of obstacles.
- Skills in facilitation, presentation, influence, and relationship management are necessary for this role.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, project management software, and project management tools such as [Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, JIRA.
- Good to have previous experience working as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of successfully leading Agile teams.
- An understanding of risk management principles and techniques to handle multiple project changes and ensure smooth transitions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies, their values, practices, and patterns is essential.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management, including budgeting, cost estimation, and tracking. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting is also valued.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as project management, business administration, computer science, or information technology, is preferred. However, work experience and other project manager qualifications can prove eligibility
- Good to have Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Good to have Healthcare Domain experience.
