Expert Cyber Risk Management Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Risk Management Engineer to assess, design, and enhance enterprise cybersecurity solutions. The role involves evaluating authentication, authorization, PKI, data loss prevention, third-party risk, and security event analytics. You will provide guidance on risk management, system security, and regulatory compliance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement robust, enterprise-wide security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and improve enterprise cybersecurity capabilities, including cloud infrastructure (Azure, Oracle Cloud).
  • Conduct risk assessments, track remediation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Advise leadership and stakeholders on cyber risk, control effectiveness, and security strategies.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, frameworks, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, application, and data teams to integrate security across technology lifecycles.
  • Mentor team members and provide thought leadership in cyber risk practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging threats, trends, and technologies, recommending improvements to security posture.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and enterprise security solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure and Oracle public cloud infrastructures.
  • Expertise in authentication, authorization, PKI, DLP, third-party risk management, and security event analytics.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks, governance, and policy development.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to develop IT strategies, business plans, and technical proposals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience mentoring or leading cross-functional security initiatives.
