Job Title: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and candidate engagement.
- Align marketing initiatives with business objectives and sales goals, particularly focused on IT staffing, consulting, project-based hiring solutions, software development etc...
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting both corporate clients (hiring managers, HR heads) and IT professionals.
- Digital Marketing (very important)
- Oversee and execute digital campaigns including:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to drive organic traffic.
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising (Google Ads, Bing, etc.).
- Email Marketing campaigns targeting clients and candidates.
- Remarketing/Retargeting strategies to increase conversions.
- Use tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and CRM software for automation, analytics, and reporting.
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Develop and manage a content calendar across platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and potentially TikTok (for tech talent branding).
- Create engaging posts including job highlights, tech trends, success stories, employee spotlights, and career tips.
- Run paid social campaigns to promote job openings, hiring events, and brand messaging.
- Monitor engagement, followers growth, and social media analytics to refine strategies.
- Content Creation
- Write and edit high-quality content for:
- Company blog (trends in IT hiring, salary guides, industry insights etc..)
- Email newsletters
- Website landing pages
- Case studies and whitepapers
- Coordinate with graphic designers and videographers to produce branded creatives and video content (client testimonials, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
- Brand & Reputation Management
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine brand voice and positioning within the IT staffing industry.
- Manage and improve online presence on review sites like Glassdoor, Google Business, Clutch, etc.
- Partnerships & Community Building
- Build strategic alliances with tech meetups, IT forums, bootcamps, universities, and job boards to expand reach.
- Coordinate marketing efforts for job fairs, tech events, webinars, and panel discussions.
- Reporting
Prepare comprehensive monthly reports outlining key marketing performance metrics, campaign outcomes, and ROI analysis. Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership for ongoing optimization and improved results.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven marketing experience in staffing/recruitment, preferably IT-focused.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, automation platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, roles, skills, and hiring dynamics.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and work collaboratively across departments.
