Job Details

One of our premier clients is looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Trainer in Newark, NJ(Hybrid) for a contract position. If interested, please submit your resume ASAP indicating (1) current location (2) desired hourly rate, W2 or 1099? (3) Your email address.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and materials (user manuals, e-learning modules, presentations) for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules.
Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions tailored to various user levels (end-users, super users, IT staff).
Collaborate with ERP implementation teams to understand business processes and workflows to align training content with organizational needs.
Provide post-go-live support and re training sessions as needed.
Assist in change management efforts by communicating system changes and benefits to stakeholders.
Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to continuously improve training programs.
Stay updated on Oracle Cloud updates and new features, adapting training content accordingly.
Coordinate with third-party vendors or consultants when needed for supplemental training.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP training or implementation
Experience designing and delivering training using different modalities (ILT, VILT, e-learning)
Oracle Certified Trainer or related Oracle certifications.
Prior experience in ERP change management or organizational readiness projects
Experience in cross-functional ERP implementations
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
