Description:
As the Change Management Manager, you will be a leader in a fast-paced environment to drive practical, hands-on change management for projects across a portfolio.
Through regular interaction with key business leaders, the Manager will develop, implement, and advise change management plans for the Omni-Channel Transformation that aid business leaders in readying their organizations for change by minimizing employee resistance and business disruption, maximizing employee engagement, and driving faster adoption of the changes impacting employees in the organization.

Description:
As the Change Management Manager, you will be a leader in a fast-paced environment to drive practical, hands-on change management for projects across a portfolio.
Through regular interaction with key business leaders, the Manager will develop, implement, and advise change management plans for the Omni-Channel Transformation that aid business leaders in readying their organizations for change by minimizing employee resistance and business disruption, maximizing employee engagement, and driving faster adoption of the changes impacting employees in the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead large organizational change management projects for the Omni-Channel transformation
- Partner with project managers and project teams to integrate and coach change management activities into the overall project plan.
- Proactively identify potential people risks and anticipate resistance; developing specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
- Develop targeted organizational alignment plans for projects, including communications, stakeholder assessments, and impact assessments.
- Support organizational readiness and project execution.
- Provide active and visible coaching to leaders who are change sponsors.
- Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success.
- Create and manage measurement systems to track individual changes' adoption, utilization, and proficiency. Reporting adoption metrics as required.
- Identify, manage and resolve resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.
Experience
- 7+ years of Change Management experience required
- 3+ years in Omni-Channel or Ecommerce transformations
- Experience as part of a change management team in a large organization
Education
- Certification in a change management approach (PROSCI, ACMP, Kotter, McKinsey, etc)
- Bachelor's Degree- In a relevant field required
