Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Owner with deep expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Analysis, and Data Warehousing. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in defining product vision, translating business requirements into data-driven solutions, and managing delivery within an Agile environment. The candidate must possess strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and extensive experience in handling customer and marketing data within the banking domain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead MDM initiatives as a Product Owner in a data-driven Agile setup.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmap and priorities.

  • Perform in-depth data analysis, profiling, and validation to ensure data integrity.

  • Drive data governance, integration, and documentation processes.

  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical data models and APIs.

  • Manage and oversee data warehouse and analytics solutions aligned to business needs.

  • Ensure end-to-end execution across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

  • Present complex data insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.



Essential Skills:

  • Strong experience as Product Owner with Data Analyst expertise in an Agile environment.

  • 15+ years in Data Analysis, Data Warehousing, and Analytics.

  • Hands-on proficiency in advanced PL/SQL, data profiling, and data modeling.

  • Solid understanding of data governance, integration, and business process documentation.

  • Proven ability to lead workstreams independently and manage cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional presentation, listening, and communication skills.

  • Experience with customer or marketing data in banking and financial services domain.



Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and real-time API services.

  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.

  • Exposure to modern data management tools and MDM platforms.

  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capability.
