Job Details
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily IT tasks, providing level-2 technical support for hardware and software issues, primarily O365.
- Perform general administration duties for the server/network infrastructure.
- Respond to requests for technical assistance either in-person, over the phone, or electronically.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Identify and escalate situations that require urgent attention.
- Document and track support tickets.
- Create Active Directory accounts with the necessary permissions, modifying as needed.
- Install and troubleshoot Ethernet cables.
- Monitor the network s health, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Audit and manage backup tapes.
- Prepare and deploy hardware and software for end users.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Help Desk experience.
- Expertise in O365 support.
- Technical training in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and familiarity with remote/desktop software.
