Job Title: Senior Project Manager Construction Management (AV Project)
Location: Los Altos, CA - 94022 (Hybrid: On-site 2 3 days/week)
Duration: 4 month contract - possibility of extending
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the AV upgrade project.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT operations, facilities management, and external construction/AV contractors.
Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring work aligns with scope, schedule, and budget.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, reporting, and escalation.
Conduct site inspections 2 3 days per week to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and internal operational standards.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on construction and/or AV system deployments.
Proven experience managing AV infrastructure projects, preferably in corporate or public spaces.
Strong understanding of construction workflows, vendor coordination, and facility operations.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills; comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams.
PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
Familiarity with AV systems (projectors, cabling, control systems) is a strong plus.
