SDET / Automation Engineer - Atlanta, GA
Privately held Financial services firm has immediate need for an Automation Engineer/QA Tester for their growing automation team. This is a hybrid opportunity working two days in the office in Dunwoody.
You will join an established team of testers to work on new development and enhancements to customized financial applications. We will look to you to build, maintain and execute test assets as well as provide test automation support to a broad range of web applications, web sites and system interfaces.
Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience with manual and automated testing in open source environments. Must have experience testing web based applications and developing and maintaining test cases using Watir Webdriver and Ruby/JRuby scripting, as well as API testing experience. Any exposure with developing Selenium framework from scratch is a plus as well as Postman, SoapUI, Gitlab, and solid SQL/MySQL skills required. Experience with mix of Agile and Waterfall required. Must be very detail oriented with excellent communication skills and a strong desire for code quality.
