Position: Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant with a strong background in implementing and supporting Payroll solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud, ideally within the Public Sector domain. The consultant will work closely with business users and technical teams to deliver high-quality payroll configurations and process solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Configure Payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, payroll definitions, costing, and payment methods.
  • Support payroll runs, validations, costing, and post-payroll processes (e.g., costing and GL interface).
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for integration of Payroll with other HCM modules and external systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Public Sector payroll policies and statutory requirements.
  • Create and execute test scripts; support UAT and end-user training.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation and production support.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of functional experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll.
  • Minimum of two full-cycle Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, costing, retro-pay, and statutory reporting.
  • Deep understanding of Public Sector payroll structures and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Oracle Cloud Payroll certification preferred.
