What You Will Do :

The SharePoint & IT Consultant will oversee and manage the requirements gathering, development, and integration of information technology tools and programs to enable and support the facilities and real estate management functions of the client. The SharePoint & IT Consultant will build relationships with portfolio managers and other stakeholders to quickly and expediently address issues or opportunities that may arise related to the communications, tracking, and management of the facilities portfolio.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

Meets with facilities management stakeholders to gather IT requirements for development of internal tools and communication sites.

Interacts regularly with clients to ensure that objectives are being met while anticipating and responding to client needs.

Develop and assist with deployment of IT tools (e.g., SharePoint, Tririga, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Access, Python) for client use.

Performs regular reviews of tools, recommends, and develops enhancements, fixes, and revisions as necessary.

Works closely with the Assistant Real Estate Manager and Real Estate Manager on projects and management of facilities IT tools and sites.

Prepares reports to track project status and inform management decision making.
Run standard reports for management review and runs ad hoc reports with assistance. Assist with the design of reports utilizing a variety of software tools.

Prepare and distribute critical date reports; maintain tickler system for tracking important dates and tasks.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need :

- An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance

- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year College or University

- Experience with Microsoft Software Development in SharePoint or Microsoft Solution Associate, SQL, or other database development (certifications are a plus)

- 5 years of experience in managing Enterprise level of software development, implementation and deployment in government or corporate section. Must possess the skills of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Access, MS SQL Server, SharePoint Business Intelligence and Project Management

What Would Be Nice To Have :

- Real estate license preferred

- CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred

- PMP certification is preferred

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers

- Ability to effectively present information

- Ability to respond to sensitive issues

- Ability to solve problems with organizational objectives in mind

- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite

- Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, organizational policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines
