In this role, you'll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You'll work closely with clients to improve the internal IT systems supporting patent examiners. You'll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master or Product Manager
• Experience in working with Product Owners to develop user stories, groom product backlogs, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlogs
• Experience with engaging with mission-focused clients and delivering solutions, and with balancing client business requirements with the delivery team's technical capacity
• Experience with facilitating technical, functional, and operational discussions to bridge client requirements with implementable solutions
• Experience with creating and managing MVP and Release product roadmaps through the product life cycle
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies, including Scrum, and the product life cycle
• Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information across various technical and functional stakeholders
• Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders and drive the team toward a common vision
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with developing products in Agile, SAFE, and Kanban environments and tailoring Agile frameworks based upon delivery needs
• Possession of excellent analytical, presentation, and client-interfacing skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Agile Certification, such as CSM, ACP, or POPM Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
