Job Summary:
As an Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls Implementation Consultant, you'll spearhead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls modules for our valued clients. Your expertise will drive seamless solutions in compliance, risk management, and HCM controls.
Job Description:
Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements.
Design tailored solutions aligning with industry best practices.
Configure Oracle Fusion HCM Controls modules to meet client needs.
Ensure data migration accuracy and integrity.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
Required Skills:
4-5 years on Oracle Cloud Advanced HCM Controls projects.
7-8 years in Oracle Cloud modules like Core HR, Benefits, etc.
Leadership experience in project analysis, design, and testing.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with PowerPoint and Agile tools like Jira.
Qualifications:
BS/BA or master s degree in related fields.
5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM technology.
Experience in business and tech transformation processes.
