Position: Dynatrace Solutions Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Dynatrace Solutions Engineer to join our team and help optimize the performance of critical applications, workloads, and IT environments through the Dynatrace platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Dynatrace administration, monitoring, along with a strong understanding of DevSecOps, infrastructure, operating systems, application servers, databases, and networking.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring and Observability
- Create and maintain monitoring dashboards, service-level objectives (SLOs), and custom metrics.
- Set up synthetic monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and distributed tracing across applications and services.
- Integrate Dynatrace with other ITSM and DevOps tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Splunk, PagerDuty).
Troubleshooting and Performance Optimization
- Identify and resolve application, server, and network performance issues using Dynatrace insights.
- Work with development and operations teams to analyze root causes and recommend improvements.
- Provide incident response support and root cause analysis using Dynatrace diagnostics.
Dynatrace Platform Administration
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain the Dynatrace environments and custom configurations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace platform (Managed or SaaS).
