Job Description
Support the daily functions related to specific technical operations within the Play division. Serve as a technical liaison between engineering and business units, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily workflow through operations to ensure maximum efficiency and timely results.
- Produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating machinery.
- Provide technical support and training to operators as needed to ensure production success.
- Participate in engineering-related activities.
- Communicate, troubleshoot, and elevate operational concerns, such as equipment issues, capability limitations, and missing information, as appropriate.

- Associate's degree or technical certificate preferred
- Technical ability demonstrated through work experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in manufacturing processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with metal fabrication and welding
- 3-5 years of experience as a lead in a fabrication shop
- Blueprint reading for welding symbols
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, and gauges

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
