3Core Systems is looking for AWS Solution Architect (Search Platform Exp) for one of our clients in Dallas, TX or Miramar, FL

Role: AWS Solution Architect (Search Platform Exp)

Location: Dallas, TX or Miramar, FL (Hybrid -3 days a week onsite)
Duration: 6 Month Contract (Expected to Extend up to 12 Months)

Summary

The Solution Architect will work closely with:

  • Enterprise Architects (EA) to ensure solutions align with architectural standards
  • Product Teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Engineering Teams to deliver scalable and standards-based solutions

Responsibilities include

  • Defining technical solutions and guiding engineering implementation
  • Establishing patterns, frameworks, and guidelines for architecture decisions
  • Ensuring adherence to EA standards and the C4 modeling framework (Context, Container, Component, and Code diagrams)
  • Collaborating across business and technical stakeholders, effectively presenting architectural artifacts tailored to each audience

Technical Requirements

  • Cloud Expertise: Strong AWS cloud proficiency (preferred). Google Cloud Platform experience is acceptable if foundational AWS understanding can be quickly adapted.
  • Architecture Design: Experience with domain-driven design (DDD) and microservices architecture is mandatory.
  • Search Platform: 20 30% focus on search platform design and integration.
  • Digital Channels: Familiarity with web, mobile, and chatbot implementations.
  • AI/LLM Experience: Exposure to large language models, agentic AI, or related technologies is a strong plus.

Soft Skills

  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities across product, engineering, and leadership teams
  • Ability to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Certifications

  • AWS Solution Architect certification (preferred)
  • TOGAF certification is a plus but not required
