Genesys Cloud CX Developer
Location: Hybrid - Des Moines, IA (2 days/week onsite)
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Genesys Cloud CX Developer to join a financially stable and growing organization. Requirements
Hands-on experience with the Genesys Cloud CX platform and related tools.
Proficiency in Terraform and CI/CD pipeline development.
Strong programming skills in JavaScript and familiarity with APIs.
Experience with backend development languages such as Python, C#, Java, or ASP.NET.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including AWS Lambda.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Relevant technical certifications are a plus but not required.

Genesys Cloud CX Developer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Genesys Cloud CX Developer to join a financially stable and growing organization. Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary up to $130K, plus a 10% bonus
- Comprehensive benefits package, including immediate benefits, profit sharing, and 401(k)
- Relocation assistance available (10% of salary)
- Enjoy flexibility with 2.5-day weekends - company closes every Friday at 1:00 PM CT
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate the Genesys Cloud CX platform with key backend systems and applications
- Create and program custom Genesys flows, integrations, and omnichannel solutions (Chat, IVR, Chatbot, email, etc.)
- Optimize customer interaction and streamline business processes through system integration
- Code deployment using CI/CD pipelines and automation scripting tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform and related tools
- Proficiency in Terraform and CI/CD pipelines for automation (must-have)
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and JavaScript
- Experience with any backend development language (e.g., Python, C#, .NET, Java)
- Working knowledge of AWS Lambda
- SQL experience is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AI-driven features like Genesys AI/CoPilot Conversation IVR
- Certifications in relevant tech stacks (preferred, not required)
